Welcome to Nathan Family Law. We are a Lower Hutt based law firm with a strong focus on issues affecting families including domestic violence, care of children, relationship property, conveyancing, wills, divorce. Pretty much anything that life throws at you that may need legal expertise to resolve. I can act for you in many areas where you may find that you need dependable legal advice and services.

    I graduated in May 2021 and due to be admitted in December 2021.
    I grew up in Lower Hutt and come from a family of 7.

    In my spare time, I enjoy strength training and hanging out with the family dog, Sparta.

    I believe that every client’s case is important and will endeavour to treat every matter with the upmost care and respect.

      I studied at Victoria University and Canterbury and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in politics and Bachelor of laws in 2018 and then worked for MoJ as a case manager was admitted into the bar of lawyers in 2019.

      Previously I have worked at firm in Wellington specialising in Oranaga Tamariki issues and Treaty of Waitangi issues and I work briefly for NL Lawyers in Tokoroa where I was trained in criminal and relationship property as well as family.

      Currently I coach children in inline hockey in my spare time as well as playing inline hockey, ice hockey, Floorball and football.

      I am passionate about helping family’s with Oranga Tamariki matters and Care of Children matters. Having dealt with many organisations as a young person I know the difficulties many face which is why I have chosen this line of work.
